📦 Delivery Times:

Custom-built machines: 5–12 weeks depending on complexity.

Technical plans, studies, or proposals: 5–10 business days depending on the scope.
🚚 Logistics & Responsibilities:

In most cases, Amindus connects you directly with the manufacturer.

We do not handle payment for the equipment, unless part of a special full-support agreement or confirmed in writing.

Clients are fully responsible for shipping, customs clearance, insurance, and logistics, unless a different arrangement is made in writing.

has strict or unpredictable customs regulations, or

is not serviced by regular shipping vessels or cargo flights,

we will do our best to suggest alternative solutions (e.g. third-party warehouses, air freight, special cargo),

but Amindus cannot be held responsible for delays, refusals, or delivery failures caused by your country’s authorities or geographical challenges.

2. Return Policy (Equipment)

Most of our machines are custom-built to order, meaning standard returns are not possible.

If a proven defect or production error occurs, we will support you in resolving it directly with the manufacturer. Solutions may include repair, replacement, or partial compensation depending on the situation.
Amindus acts as a facilitator, not a manufacturer.
3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty.

After this window, production, planning, or reservation costs may apply depending on the stage of the project.
4. Marketing Services – Specific Terms
Our marketing services (content creation, advertising, digital strategy, community management, etc.) are offered through fixed packages or monthly/quarterly subscriptions.
Refund policy for services:
• Each marketing plan has its own refund and cancellation policy, which is clearly explained at the time of purchase.
• No refund will be issued once the service has started or any part of the work has been delivered, unless a special case is reviewed and approved.
• If you have a recurring plan, you must request cancellation before the next billing cycle.
We aim to be flexible and clear while respecting the work invested by our creative and technical teams.
5. Our Role & Responsibility

• we are not the direct seller of the equipment,
• and we do not assume final responsibility for production delays, customs issues, or shipping problems outside our control.
Clients are responsible for their purchasing decisions and for complying with local regulations.
